“Webquest Evaluation”

The three Webquests that I would consider using in my classroom. I liked http://he effects of an inquiry-Internet research project on motivation, self-efficacy, and academic autonomy in heterogenously grouped high school Latin I students Wagman, Janet Campbell, Ph.D., Capella University, 2005, 176 pages; AAT 3162731 because it talks about Latin students who have trouble with connecting with subjects and poor performances in Latin classes. So they put together this self motivation and self efficiency class to help them give a better performance in academics. Studies show it made a major increase for Latin students. I would use this because any motivation to help one student could help thousands of students. Everyone needs motivation in life to help them achieve their goals.

Another Webquest I would use in my classroom is http://The WebQuest creation process: A case study of preservice teachers working individualistically and collaboratively Roberts, Leanne M., Ph.D., The University of Akron, 2005, 215 pages; AAT 3175341 working individually is always good and working collaboratively. It some cases for students it works better for them physically and academically. I like it because I can relate to this because as for me when i was younger it helped me out in tasks for school.

Lastly, I would use this in my classroom http://Using the Internet to research curriculum-based topics at the grade five level Bryand, David A., M.Ed., University of Prince Edward Island (Canada), 2005, 140 pages because technology has been a major impact on today and kids are in love with it. They are up to date on technology and will continue to grow. Especially fifth grade are engaged in the internet and social media. You need to know a lot about it because even doing schoolwork you have to turn it in on the internet not handwritten anymore.
